Terms and Conditions

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our parts, including motors, pumps, flow meters, and other products. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. 
2. Customer Responsibility: The warranty does not apply if the defect arises due to negligence or improper use of the part by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, using the part in a manner for which it was not designed, overloading the part, or subjecting it to conditions beyond its specified limits. 
3. Installation and Electrical Issues: The warranty will not cover any defects resulting from incorrect installation or electrical faults on the customer’s side (e.g., short circuits, power surges, or improper wiring). 
4. Important Note – Vane Pumps: Vane pumps that are installed without strainers on the inlet side will not be covered by warranty. It is critical that strainers are properly installed to ensure the pump’s longevity and efficient operation. 
5. Inspection of Faulty Parts: If you experience a problem with any part, it must be returned to us for inspection. We will evaluate the part and determine the likely cause of the fault. 
6. Decision on Action: Following the inspection, we will assess whether the issue is covered by the warranty. Based on our findings, we will decide whether to:
   • Send a replacement part, 
   • Repair the faulty part, 
7. No Returns for Change of Mind: Goods will not be accepted for return if the customer simply no longer wishes to keep them, or if the goods do not meet the criteria for warranty coverage.
